摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定鸡骨草胶囊中栀子苷的含量。方法以Symmetry Shild RP C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-水(15∶85)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为238 nm。结果栀子苷在0.300μg^3.00μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为96.6%,RSD=1.8%(n=6)。结论所建方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于鸡骨草胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To set up a method for the determination of geniposide in Jigucao capsules by HPLC. Methods HPLC was used on Symmetryshield RP C18 column（150mm×4.6mm,5μm） ,with acetonitrile-water （15 ： 85 by volume ） as a mobile phase, flow rate at 1.0 ml·min^-1, detection wavelength at 238 nm. Results The linear range of geniposide was 0. 300μg-3.00μg and the average recovery was 96.6%, RSD= 1.8 %, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and rapid with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Jigucao capsules.
