摘要
文章主要介绍一种应用ＩＣ卡（或称智能卡）技术的设备运行保证系统。该系统以ＩＣ卡技术和相关设备为手段，一方面实现了“无纸化”的数据收集方式，另一方面将各项维护工作指示贯彻到各项具体工作中，试图通过对“人”的监督，即督促维护人员严格按照工作指令和工作程序办事，来最终实现设备最大程度上无故障运行之目的，从而最大限度地挖掘设备的潜力、获取经济效益。
An Equipment Safe Running Assurance System for the management of equipment is presented. In thesystem, the iC card (smart card ) technique and its relative facilities were used to collect data during the operation of a valuable equipment, issue instrUctions to the maintenance workers, and force them to work orderly,so as to guarantee the equipment running normally.
