摘要
为了适应铁路提速的要求 ,研制了一种智能型转辙机动特性测试系统 .该系统由ZX -Ⅱ型转辙机特性测试记录仪以及数据管理系统两部分组成 ,能实现对拉力、电压、电流、时间信号的动态实时测量 .通过模拟电路与数字电路的隔离以及软件滤波等技术 ,提高了测量系统的抗干扰能力 .实测结果说明了该系统的实用性和可靠性 .
An intelligent measurement system of goat dynamic performance is developed to meet the demand of the national high speed train project. The system is composed of model ZX-Ⅱ measurement recording instrument of goat performance and data management system. The pulling force, voltage and current signals are measured in real time. Software filter and isolation technique between digital and artificial circuit increase the interference rejection ability of the measurement system. The results show that the system is reliable.
