摘要
创新投入能力是衡量一个国家或地区文化产业发展水平的重要参考指标,版权保护是文化产业的基础制度和重要保障。以2005年的中国数据为研究样本,对版权保护与文化产业创新投入能力之间的关系进行定量分析。结果表明,版权保护对文化产业创新投入能力具有显著影响,其弹性系数为5.384。基于此,提出完善版权立法体系和优化版权执法保护环境的政策建议。
Innovation input ability is an important reference index for measuring development level of cultural industry in a country or region,and copyright protection is the basis system and important guarantee to cultural industry.This paper analyzes the correlation between copyright protection and innovation input capability of cultural industry using data of China＇s 31 provinces in 2005 as samples.The results reveal that the influence of the elasticity coefficient of strength of copyright protection on innovation input capability of cultural industry is 5.384.Based on these conclusions,some policy suggestions are put forward.
