摘要
实训基地建设是专业建设的重要组成部分,云和县中等职业技术学校木制玩具制造实训基地建设从"硬件"和"软件"两方面进行实践与探索。实训基地"硬件"建设在确定实训基地建设目标和基本功能定位的基础上,加大投入,积极改善实训基地工作条件;"软件"建设在管理机制建立、管理模式探索、实训教学过程的规范、模块化课程体系建设、师资培训、社会服务功能拓宽等方面进行实践与探索,取得较好的成效。
The base construction of professional training is an important part of the specialty construction.Yunhe Vocational School has practiced and explored the training base construction of wooden toys from the aspects of ＂hardware＂ and ＂software＂.In terms of ＂hardware＂ construction,we increase the input and actively improve the working condition on the basis of condirming the base construction goal and basic function.From the aspect of ＂software＂ construction,we practice and explore in different respects,such as the establishment of management mechanisms,the management mode exploration,the standardization of practical teaching,mold curriculum construction,the teacher-training,the widening of social service function,etc.And it has got certain effect.
