摘要
对１６ 例骨肉瘤患者中１４ 例接受局部介入化疗，术前、术中或和术后放疗，病灶广泛切除术全程的保留肢体综合治疗（ 简称保肢综合治疗） 的临床疗效预以分析。结果显示：本组保肢综合治疗的成功率为８７－５ ％ ，其中２ 年生存率为７１－４ ％ ，３ 年生存率为５７－１ ％ ，５ 年生存率为３５－７ ％ ，患者平均存活超过３８ 个月。可见保肢综合治疗的效果不仅优于截肢及术后治疗者，而且患者的生存质量也得到了提高。
In 16 osteosarcoma patients, 14 cases were treated with limb conserved therapy,including Intervenient chemotherapy,preoperative and intro of /and postoperative radiotherapy,extensive local remove from 1988 to 1992.Their clinical results were analysed. Results:After limb conserved therapy,the successful rate was 87 5%,two year survival rate of osteosarcoma patients was 71 4%,3 year survival rate was 33 3%,5 year survival rate was as high as 35 7%,the mean survival time was 38 months.Conclusion:In general,the limb conserved theapy effect was much better than amputation,particularly the quality of life was obviously improved by saving the limb.
