摘要 采用"两步法"制备了含不同质量分数的Cu-水纳米流体,分别对质量分数为0.1%、0.5%以及1%纳米流体的稳定性及其粘度进行了实验研究,并与经典两相混合物粘度模型进行了比较。结果表明,添加分散剂SDBS能有效改善Cu-水纳米流体的稳定性,且当其浓度与Cu纳米颗粒的质量分数相当时,纳米流体的稳定最好;纳米流体的粘度随颗粒质量分数的增加而增加,但实验值与理论值存在一定的差异,这主要是由于理论计算模型只考虑了颗粒含量对粘度的影响所致。 In this article, the stability and viscosity of the Cu-water nano-fluids, with different mass taction ot par- ticles including 0.1%, 0.5% and 1%, prepared by the two-step method were investigated and compared with the results derived from classical two-phase mixture models. The result showed that the incorporation of the SD- BS dispersant can significantly improves the viscosity of Cu-water nanofluids. Moreover,there is an optimal sta- bility when the mass fraction of Cu particles is the same as the concentration of SDBS dispersant. The viscosity of the nanofluids increases with the increase of the mass fraction of the Cu particles. However,there is a devia- tion between the experimental data and the calculation from the formula due to the only consideration of the effect of the mass fraction of particles on the viscosity according to the theoretical models.
