摘要
通过测量不同分散剂的质量分数和pH值以及纳米氧化锆悬浮液的流变曲线,研究了分散剂的质量分数和pH值对纳米氧化锆悬浮液分散的影响。实验结果表明,PMAA-NH4对纳米氧化锆有明显的分散效果,在pH值等于9以及分散剂的质量分数为0.3%时,分散效果最好。
The paper investigates the influence of dispersant mass fractions and pH values on the dispersive property of nanozirconia suspension by measuring rheology curves of nanozirconia suspersion at different mass fractions of dispersant and pH values. The results indicate that PMAANH4 has distinct dispersive effect on nanozirconia suspension and the best dispersive effect was obtained under the conditions of the PMAANH4 mass fraction of 0.3% and the pH value of 9.
