摘要
目的评价川百止痒洗剂对面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法将入选的148例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组外用川百止痒洗剂，对照组外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏，两组疗程为30天。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为82．18％和62．86％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；二组病例均未见明显不良反应。结论川百止痒洗剂治疗激素依赖性皮炎疗效好，安全可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of chuan bai zhi yang lotion in the treatment on glueocortieoid addictive facial dermatitis. Methods 148 patients wish glucocortieoid addictive facial dermatitis were divided into tidatment and control group. The patients in experiment group were smeared with ehuan bai zhi yang lotion ,and those in control group were treated by Hydrocortisone Butyrate,both of the two eoumes of treatment were 30 days.Results The total effective rates of the treatment and control group were82.18% and 79.07% with sianifieant differenee（P〈0.05）and the adverse reaction was not found in both groups.Conclusion chuan bai zhi yang lotion is an effective and safe method in treatment of glueocorticoid addictive facial dermatitis.
