摘要
目的观察不同治疗方法对激素依赖性皮炎的疗效,探讨治疗该病的有效方案。方法采用激素递减法、中药内服外敷法、抗过敏护肤品分别加服中药或抗组胺药4种方法进行治疗,比较症状体征改善情况。结果4种方法中,激素递减法疗效最差,使用抗过敏护肤品加服中药或抗组胺药疗效最佳,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论治疗激素依赖性皮炎,必须有针对性采用不同的治疗方法;治疗外用湿喷加内服药治疗较激素递减法疗效更佳,更易为患者所接受。
Objective To study the curative effecl of different therapy on corticosteroid -dependent dermatitis, and to look for an effective treatment for the disease. Methods Compared four methods among corticosteroid degression method,applied and took oral Chinese tradilional medicine,applied anti-sensitive cosmetics and took oral Chinese traditional medicine or antihistamine. Results Applied anti-scnsitive cosmctics and took oral Chinese traditional medicine or antihistamine had better curative effect than corticostcroid degressio, method. There was distinct difference among them. Conclusion In the treatment of corticosteroid-dependent dennattiis,we should use different method pertinently;hnmid spray along with taking orally may be accepted easily by patients.
