皮肤止痒脱敏膜治疗接触性皮炎疗效观察 被引量：15

摘要 目的评价皮肤止痒脱敏膜(商品名:蓝科肤宁)治疗接触性皮炎的疗效。方法患者随机分成试验组和对照组。试验组予蓝科肤宁湿敷,对照组予生理盐水湿敷后外用丁酸氢化可的松(尤卓尔),两组均2次/d,疗程1周。结果共248例患者完成了临床观察,试验组127例,对照组121例。治疗1周后,两组患者症状和体征明显改善。治疗1天后试验组临床症状体征积分为9.30±4.34,对照组为7.47±2.67(P=0.34);治疗3天后分别5.68±3.69,4.91±2.75(P=2.83);治疗1周分别为1.52±2.18,2.11±1.84(P=4.12),治疗后1,3和7天后各组积分差异无显著性。结论蓝科肤宁治疗接触性皮炎疗效显著,作用与尤卓尔相当,但无引起糖皮质激素不良反应的风险,无使用时间的限制,值得临床应用。
