摘要
根据WXP-200型盘辊式破碎机减速器的工作原理和性能要求,提出了两种减速器箱体的设计方案。利用ANSYS软件对在SolidWorks中建立的两种减速器箱体三维实体模型进行有限元分析,得出应力云图和变形云图。综合两种减速器箱体的工艺性和分析结果,确定最终方案。分析结果为减速器箱体的结构设计提供了必要参考。
According to the working principle and performance requirements of the reducer of WXP-200 plate-rolling crusher,two design schemes of reducer case are put forward.Software ANSYS is used to carry out FEA of two kinds of reducer cases whose 3D solid models are established in SolidWorks,stress patterns and deformation patterns are obtained.Considering the analysis results and processing properties of the two kinds of reducer cases,the final scheme is determined.The analysis results provide a necessary reference for the structural design of reducer cases.
