摘要
将浸渍法制备的Cu/SiO2、Cu_ZnO/SiO2、Cu_ZnO_ZrO2/SiO2以及Cu/γ_Al2O3、Cu_ZnO/γ_Al2O3、Cu_ZnO_ZrO2/γ_Al2O3六种催化剂应用于甲醇脱氢制甲酸甲酯反应.实验结果表明,以γ_Al2O3为载体的催化剂选择性较差且易积碳失活;加有ZnO助催化剂的Cu_ZnO/SiO2性能优于未加助催化剂的Cu/SiO2;加有双助催化剂的Cu_ZnO_ZrO2/SiO2表现出最佳的活性和选择性.实验详细考察了反应温度、催化剂组成配比、进料浓度和空速等因素对催化性能的影响.
Six kinds of metal_loaded catalysts: Cu/SiO 2, Cu_ZnO/SiO 2, Cu_ZnO_ZrO 2/SiO 2, Cu/ γ _Al 2O 3, Cu_ZnO/ γ _Al 2O 3 and Cu_ZnO_ZrO 2/ γ _Al 2O 3 prepared by impregnation were applied to reaction of methanol dehydrogenation to methyl formate. The results showed that the catalysts with γ _Al 2O 3 as support had worse selectivity than with SiO 2 and were easy to cause coke formation. Because of addition of ZnO, the reactivity of catalyst Cu_ZnO/SiO 2 was superior to Cu/SiO 2. The catalyst Cu_ZnO_ZrO 2/SiO 2 with double promoters gave the highest activity and selectivity. The influences of reaction temperature, catalyst composition, methanol concentration in feed and space velocity on catalytic properties have been investigated in detail.
