摘要
采用Pd Ag/γ Al2 O3/陶瓷管复合无机膜填充Cu ZnO ZrO2 /SiO2 固定床催化剂 ,构成反应 分离耦联膜反应器 ,考察对甲醇脱氢制甲酸甲酯反应性能的影响。催化剂的n(Cu)∶n(Zn)∶n(Zr) =1∶0 2∶0 1 (原子比 ,下同 )。复合膜的γ Al2 O3过渡层由Sol Gel法制得 ,Pd Ag合金膜由化学镀法制得。采用这种固定床催化膜反应器在某些反应条件下可使甲醇脱氢的转化率超过原有的热力学平衡限制 ,得到更高的产物收率。
Using Pd Ag/γ Al 2O 3/ceramic tube composite inorganic membrane loaded with Cu ZnO ZrO 2/SiO 2 fixed bed catalyst to form reaction separation coupled membrane reactor, the reactivity of methanol dehydrogenation to methyl formate is studied. The atom ratio of Cu∶Zn∶Zr in catalyst is 1∶0 2∶0 1. The γ Al 2O 3 transition layer of composite membrane is synthesized by Sol Gel technique and the Pd Ag dense alloy membrane is prepared by electroless plating.In this kind of reactor, the conversion of methanol dehydrogenation can be shifted to exceed the original thermodynamic equilibrium limitation under some reaction conditions, so that higher product yield can be obtained.
