杏鲍菇栽培周期木质素酶变化规律的研究 被引量:11

摘要 通过跟踪观察杏鲍菇栽培周期的还原性糖、可溶性蛋白、木质素酶等各项生理指标,初步了解其木质素酶的变化规律。结果表明:杏鲍菇具有分泌漆酶以及锰过氧化物酶的能力,但是不能分泌木质素过氧化物酶;初始培养料中还原性糖含量较高,在整个生长过程中呈现先下降后上升的趋势,峰值与子实体发育相对应;可溶性蛋白整体呈上升趋势;木质素酶在菌丝营养生长阶段活力较高,生殖生长阶段活力较低,菌丝对基质的降解具有一定的次序。 The physiological indexes such as reducing sugar,soluble protein and ligninase were observed during Pleurotus eryngii culture cycle in order to find out the ligninase change regularity.The result showed that P.eryngii had the ability to excrete laccase and Mn peroxidase but could not excrete lignin peroxidase.The reducing sugar content was comparatively high in the initial compost and presented a trend of first decreasing and subsequent increasing in the whole growth period,with its peak value corresponding to the fruiting body development.The soluble protein kept an upward trend in the whole growth period.The ligninase activity was rather high at the mycelial growth phase but relatively low at the fruiting phase.There was a certain order for the mycelia to degrade the substrate.
