摘要
本文研究了溶液还原法(SRS)制备聚合物基金属梯度复合膜(PMGCF)时的若干电化学问题,对所采用的一系列电极材料、介质溶液组成、制膜浓溶液中-CN 基/Cu2+ 摩尔比、介质温度、外加电压等重要条件进行优化选择。结果表明,采用导电石墨作为阴阳两极的电极材料较好,既改善了SCF与电极界面的结合情况,也避免了阴极材料的腐蚀。以含Fe2+ 、Fe3+ 的稀硫酸溶液作为电解质溶液较理想,在30~50℃的介质温度范围内,在较低的外加电压下电解,可以减少电化学副反应的发生,有利于PMGCF的结构控制。
In this paper,the important problems were studied experimently for the preparation of PMGCF.The conditions such as electrode materials,electrochemical mediums,ratios of nitrile groups to copper(Ⅱ) ions,temperatures in reactor and power voltages were optimized.The results showed that conductive graphite is a better kind of cathode material,since the combination between the cathode and the swelling cathode film(SCF) can be improved and the corrosion of the cathode by SCF can be prevented.The dilute sulphuric acid solution that includes ferric ions(Fe 3+ ) and ferrous ions(Fe 2+ ) was used as electrochemical medium because the side electrochemical reactions were decreased.The prefered temperature range in reactor is from 30 to 50℃,and the lower power voltage is advantagable to control the struture of PMGCF.\;
