摘要
梯度功能复合镀技术是制备梯度功能材料的重要方法之一,具有控制简单,可处理复杂工件,投资少等优点。本文对该技术用于制备梯度功能材料的原理。
Composite electroplating technique is one of the most advanced production routes of functionally gradient materials.The major advantages of this method over other techniques are the simplicity to control,possibility to process comlicated parts,and the low initial capital investment.This paper reviews the principles,characteristics and applications of composite electroplating technique for preparing functionally gradient materials.
