摘要
实验从水、糖、琼脂对组培苗生长、增殖及培养成本三个方面进行研究.结果表明马铃薯组培苗快繁阶段培养基可以简化为液培,省去琼脂,以自来水代替蒸馏水,以食用白绵糖代替蔗糖.培养基成本降低70.1%.组培苗生长健壮,月增殖系6.00~6.56,结薯正常.
The experiment was carried out from the perspectives of contrast-group seeding culture of water,sugar and agar,multiplication and culture cost.The results showed that the contrast-group seeding culture medium in the phase of rapid propagation could be simplified into liquid culture medium by omitting agar,sucrose substitute by sugar and distilled water substitute by tap water.It had good effect on scale application.The medium cost could be reduced to 70.1% compared with the solid medium.The plantlets cultured in this static liquid medium were vigorous and the coefficient of propagation could be 6.00~ 6.56 per month with normal tuber formation.
