摘要
主要探讨了固定污染源烟气在线监测系统(CEMS)的验收工作。从验收流程、基本验收要求、技术验收要求等方面论述了CEMS验收监测。同时依据《固定污染源烟气排放连续监测技术规范》(HJ/T 75—2007)和《固定污染源烟气排放连续监测系统技术要求及检测方法》(HJ/T 76—2007),针对宝钢股份公司本部炼铁厂2#烧结机CEMS,重点说明了验收监测的方法及验收监测比对指标,并提出了规范CEMS验收流程的建议以及验收工作的重要性。
The acceptance of the continuous emission monitoring system（CEMS） for flue gas from stationary sources was discussed from the acceptance process,basic requirements and technical requirements.According to Specifications for continuous emission monitoring of flue gas emitted from stationary sources（HJ/T 75—2007）and Specifications and test procedures for continuous emission monitoring systems of flue gas emitted from stationary sources（HJ/T 76—2007）,the paper takes CEMS of Baosteel Ironmaking Plant＇s No.2 sinter as an example,and focuses on the instructions of the methods of acceptance monitoring and technical indicators comparison.The paper also gives suggestions on norm of the acceptance process and indicates the importance of acceptance.
