摘要
本文介绍了可编程控制器(PLC)在固定染源连续排放在线监控系统中的应用.PLC除了用于对现场仪表的数据采集和处理以外,还用来完成对现场的设备的反吹自动控制.此外,自行编写的软件与工控机作为一种人机界面(HMI)被用于监控固定污染源的排放实时数据.本系统中基于软件和硬件的执行情况将在文中作进一步的详细阐述.
In this paper, we discuss the application of Programmable Logic Controllers（PLCs） in the Continued Emission Monitoring System（CEMS）. The PLCs are mainly utilized for collecting process data as well as realizing auto-controlling of the anti-blow of the system. In addition, The software designed by our company and the industry computer as a Human man-Machine Interface （HMI） is used to monitor the emission data. Both software and hardware-based implementation of our system are also described in details.
