摘要
针对烧结烟气活性炭脱硫脱硝工艺中脱硫层后二氧化硫检测点位置多导致分析仪等设备投资过高的问题,提出一种多点轮巡的气体检测方式。方式采用多组气动阀作为样气采样阀、切换阀和排放阀。设计气体取样顺序控制逻辑,应用PLC自动控制实现。最终达到一台气体分析仪周期性检测12路样气的功能。分析仪PLC通过Modbus通讯将测量结果上传至主PLC系统。满足工艺检测要求的同时,大幅降低仪表设备的采购和施工成本。
Aiming at the problem that the investment of analyzer equipments rises due to the many sulfur dioxide detection poi-nts behind the desulfurization layer in the sintering flue gas activated carbon desulfurization and denitri⁃fication process,a multi-point polling gas measurement method is proposed.Multiple groups of pneumatic valves are used as sampling valves,gas switching valves and discharge valves.The gas sampling sequence control logic is designed and realized by PLC system automatically.Finally,a gas analyzer can detect 12 channels of sample gas.The analyzer`s PLC uploads the measurement results to the main PLC system through Modbus protocol communication.While meeting the process detection requirements,the equipment and construction cost of the ana-lyzer are greatly reduced.
