摘要
1999年我国高校实行了扩招政策,历经多年但其结果仍褒贬不一。从教育政策伦理角度来看,由于多种因素综合作用,高校扩招政策仍然面临着诸多政策伦理问题的挑战。该政策的矫正有赖于传统资源分配模式的转变以及政策伦理内涵的深化,同时政策主体伦理修养的提升也是必不可少的。
The results of the college enrollment expanding policy which was firstly implemented in China in 1999 are still uncertain.From the perspective of educational ethics,due to various factors,there are a lot of ethical issues in education policy and many challenges as well.Its correction depends on the changes of the traditional mode of resource allocation and the deepening of ethical content in the policy,and the upgrading of ethics training of the main policies is also essential.
