摘要
当代教育政策形成和执行中较为普遍的一个偏离是用二分式思维来看待教育政策,使教育政策价值整体被机械割裂,造成教育政策价值错位。教育政策价值的复归应是其完整性的复归,关键是达到显性价值和隐性价值,应然价值和实然价值,间接价值和直接价值三者的统一。
A general deviation in the creation and implementation of educational policy manifests itself in the half-separated thoughts of the educational policy, causing the integrity of the value of educational policy to be separated and making the value of educational policy mismatched. The reverting of the value of educational policy should retain its integrity, the key of which is to realize the unity of explicit value and implicit value, ideality value and reality value, indirect value and direct value.
