摘要
目的探讨在农村开展参与式健康教育的做法和体会。方法在重庆市巴南区接龙镇桂馨村选取健康教育志愿者并进行培训,以团组的形式,利用头脑风暴法、画图法、拼图法等方法对村民开展参与式健康教育。结果通过为期一年的参与式健康教育,村民的卫生知识知晓率从开展前的38%提高到85%,卫生行为形成率从33%提高到75%。结论在农村开展参与式健康教育是有效和可行的。该方法可在农村推广应用。
Objective to discuss the conduction of health education in interactive way in rural area.Methods Volunteers for health education were selected in Guixin village,Jielong township,Ba＇nan district of Chongqing,and training was provided for them.Interactive health education was conducted among the villagers in different forms.Results By conducting interactive health education for 1 year,the awareness rate of hygiene knowledge among local villagers rose from 38% to 85%,the hygiene behavior establishing rate rose from 33% to 75%.Conclusion Health education in interactive way in rural area is effective and feasible,which could be spreaed in rural area.
