摘要
本文首先分析了基于WEB的网络课程的组成及其特性，然后从WEB课程的设计、开发及WEB课程开发工具等几个方面进行了讨论.
The technology of Internet provides different modes for instruction and learning. This paper discusses how to design WEB courses and what tools to employ, with the structure and feature of such courses considered.
