摘要
本文简述了激光显微光谱分析二步法的实验原理与实验方法。介绍了利用该方法进行物质成份的定性与定量分析结果,检出限为0.x～0.0x%定量分析的相对误为7%。
This paper simply introduced experimental principle and experimental method of laser microspectrum analysis using two-step method. Reported the results of qualitative and quantitative determination of substance composition,the relative detection limits are 0.x—0.0x%, the relative error of quantitative analysis is 7%.
