摘要
为探讨沙漠干热环境负重应激行军( 热休克蛋白27)( HSP27) 的变化规律,对在沙漠干热环境中15kg 负重,以不同速度和时间行军的56 名战士和14 名对照血浆HSP27 进行了研究。结果发现,15kg 负重情况下,以3-5k m /h 和5k m/h 速度行军,各不同行军时间组HSP27 明显增高(P< 0-01) 。虽然3-5k m /h 行军2 、3 小时组HSP27 明显高于行军1 小时(P <0-05) ,但5k m /h 各不同行军时间组同一行军时间的不同行军速度之间无差异(P> 0-05) 。该结果提示,沙漠干热负重应激行军HSP27 的表达在最初2 小时最为活跃,行军2 小时达高峰;HSP27 的降解大约在行军1 小时后加速, 行军2 小时HSP27
To explore the ergulation of heat shock protein 27(HSP27) in case of marching with 15kg in dry heat desert,the plasmas HSP27 of 56 marchers and 14 controls were detected.The results revealed that there is significant difference between exposed groups and control(P<0 01),and between for 1 hour and 2 or 3 hours at 3.5km/h(P<0 05),but there is no significant difference between different time exposures at 5km/h,at 3.5km/h and 5km/h for the same time.It was in the first 2 hours that HSP27 was expressed the most actively,and in he second hour that HSP27 degraded the most quickly.After marching for 2 hours,a new balance between the synthesis and consumption of HSP27 regained
