摘要 SOCS蛋白家族中多个成员参与细胞因子信号内转导的调控,其中,细胞因子信号转导抑制因子-3(SOCS-3)在缺血性脑血管病特别是缺血后再灌注损伤中,对炎症细胞因子的表达起着负性调控的作用。SOCS-3在缺血性再灌注中表达的升高,有利于控制炎症因子的过度表达,防止神经功能损害,本文就SOCS-3与缺血性脑血管病的关系,及其在缺血性再灌注损伤的研究现状做一综述。 Many members of suppressors of cytokine signaling(SOCS) family are physiological regulators during cytokine responses.The expression of SOCS-3 act as a negative feedback regulation of inflammatory systems in ischemia reperfusion injury,which is propitious to control overexpression of inflammatory factors and avoid neurological deficits.The author summarized the recent progresses about the relation of SOCS-3 and inflammation in ischemia reperfusion injury.
