摘要
结合哈钦斯、富尔等人的研究成果,我国的官方表述以及国内外相关发展情况,就学习型社会究竟是什么、建设学习型社会究竟为了什么、学习型社会建设究竟要抓什么等三个"老问题"进行了再研究。通过研究提出如下观点:"学习者"是学习型社会的主体,"学习和创造"是学习型社会的主要活动,"全民学习、终身学习"是学习型社会的最主要特征,个人和社会自由全面地发展是学习型社会建设的目的。这应该成为我国学习型社会建设的基本立场和原则。
This paper elaborates on three"perennial problems":what is a learning society?What on earth we construct a learning society for?What exactly should we pay attention to in the process of moving toward a learning society?With reference to some people's research results,such as Robert Maynard Hutchins,Edgar Faure,China's official statements,and the development situation of China and foreign countries.It argues that in a learning society,"learner" is the main body,"study and create" is the main activity,"every citizen is committed to learning and pursues lifelong learning"is the most important characteristic,personal and society's free and comprehensive development is the purpose of building a learning society.These should be the basic positions and principles of building a learning society in China.
