摘要
广西推行终身教育,必须在广西现有的条件和基础上进行。国际和国内推行终身教育的经验和做法,可以借鉴、参考,但不能盲目照搬照套。要构建和完善广西的终身教育体系,当前应当切切实实营造学习型社会的宣传机制,强化广西终身教育的实力,凸现政府统一与协调的职能作用,加快地方终身教育的立法工作。
In order to push forward lifelong education system, Guangxi must carry it out under the current situation and foundation. We can borrow and consult both the international and national experience and methods in promoting lifelong education system, but we can not blindly copy them. In order to construct and perfect the lifelong education system in Guangxi, we must physically build a learning-type propaganda mechanism, reinforce the strength of lifelong education, emphasize the governmental function of unification and coordination, and quicken the legislation work of the local lifelong education system.
