在室内培养条件下,用不同浓度的磷酸盐对塔马亚历山大藻进行一次性培养,探讨藻体对磷酸盐的利用和溶解性无机磷对藻细胞生长的影响。结果表明: 在P浓度为4-0 和4-5 μmol/L时,藻细胞生长快,叶绿素含量高,能维持较高速度的增殖。而在高P浓度(5-0 μmol/L) 下,藻细胞生长受抑制。当P源耗尽时,藻体逐渐消亡。
The physiological aspects of phosphorus nutrition of Alexandrium tamarense were studied in the laboratory culture experiments. The algae were cultured in modified seawater of different concentrations (3 0,3 5,4 0,4 5,5 0 μmol/L) of phosphate (Na 2HPO 4). The cultures were grown under irradiance of 3 500 lx and temperature of (20±1)℃. During the experiment, the growth, phosphate absorption rate, contents of chlorophyll a were measured periodically. The results showed that phosphate is the main phosphorus source. Phosphate from 4 0 to 4 5 μmol/L , higher contents of chlorophyll a and higher growth rates were found. Phosphate beyond 5 0 μmol/L may limite the growth of A.tamareuse.
