摘要
通过对发生在2006年8月11~15日胶州湾赤潮从鼎盛到结束过程中现场定点取样海水中所含有的六种生化成分、指标进行分析,结果表明赤潮从鼎盛到结束,海水中总脂含量平均降低了74.25%,是赤潮鼎盛时期的25.75%;而氨基多糖含量平均降低到赤潮鼎盛时期的54.3%;胡萝卜素含量平均降低到53.6%;氨基酸含量平均降低到46%;碳水化合物含量平均降低到72.3%;COD平均降低到46.4%;酚含量平均降低到55.2%,减少了近一半。相关数据为进一步了解、评价赤潮危害、赤潮过后海域"荒漠化"、环境营养的被掠夺性摄取以及生态系统破坏"度"的研究提供了一次现场实证。
The analysis of data,which were obtained in-situ in Jiaozhou Bay in Aug.11~15,2006 from the stationary phase to the decline phase of ride tide,showed that the average content of total fats in the seawater during the decline phase was decreased by 74.25%,which is the only 25.75% of that during the stationary phase.During the decline phase,the content of amino sugars averagely declined to 54.3% of that during the stationary phase;the content of the carotenes in local was down to 53.6%.The content of amino acid was fell to 46%,the content of carbohydrate in the water was decreased to 72.3%,the COD index was down to 46.4%,the local content of phenol declined to 55.2%.The results provided not only the powerful proof of "desertification" in local sea water after a red tide,but also offer a case in the ecological qualitative disaster of red tide to the local environment,which would be helpful for further researches.
