布托啡诺复合丙帕他莫用于断指再植术后镇痛效果的临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的:评价断指再植术后布托啡诺复合丙帕他莫静脉镇痛的效果。方法:60例急诊行单个手指断指再植术患者,随机分成布托啡诺组(B组,n=30)和布托啡诺复合丙帕他莫组(B-B组,n=30)。分别用布托啡诺8 mg+托烷司琼5 mg加水至100 m l和布托啡诺8 mg+丙帕他莫2 g+托烷司琼5 mg加水至100 m l行术后静脉镇痛。观察术后4、8、12、24及48 h镇痛、镇静效果,记录不良反应。结果:B-B组术后镇痛评分好于B组(P<0.05),两组术后镇静评分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。B-B组恶心、呕吐、眩晕发生率与B组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:布托啡诺复合丙帕他莫用于断指再植术后静脉镇痛效果优于单纯使用布托啡诺。
