摘要
目的对女贞果实不同成熟期化学成分动态积累进行分析评价。方法采用高效液相色谱法、可见分光光度法对女贞果实不同成熟期三萜类、裂环环烯醚萜苷类、苯乙醇类及糖类等成分进行测定,利用主成分分析的综合评分法对测定结果进行评价。结果不同成熟期各类型化学成分含量变化较大,主成分分析结果表明齐墩果酸、熊果酸、女贞苷可能同为影响女贞子药材质量的重要因子。结论综合评价提示10月下旬可作为江苏南京产女贞子药材的适宜采收期。
OBJECTIVE To analyze and evaluate the dynamic accumulation of multicriteria chemical compositions from fruits Ligustrum lucidum Ait.in different mature periods.METHODS Triterpenes,split ring iridoid glycosides,phenethanol and carbohydrate from fruits Ligustrum lucidum Ait.in different mature periods were detected by HPLC and visible spectrophotometric method to evaluate the results by the application of comprehensive grading method which analyzes the main compositions.RESULTS The chemical compositions from fruits Ligustrum lucidum Ait.in different mature periods differed significantly;Oleanolic Acid,maloic acid and nuezhenoside may be the main factors determing the quanlity of fruits Ligustrum lucidum Ait.CONCLUSION The last ten-day period of October is suggested to be the best picking time for fruits Ligustrum lucidum Ait.produced in Nanjing of Jiangsu province.
