摘要
目的探讨酵母提取物（ＹｅａｓｔＥｘｔｒａｃｔ，ＹＥＥ）对由药物引起的免疫细胞凋亡的调节作用。方法用地塞米松（Ｄｅｘａｍｅｔｈａｓｏｎｅ，ＤＥＸ）和放线菌酮（Ａｃｔｉｄｉｏｎｅ，ＡＣＴ）腹腔注射小鼠，造成小鼠胸腺细胞和脾脏淋巴细胞凋亡，建立免疫损伤动物模型，再经ＹＥＥ灌胃治疗后，用细胞形态观察、二苯胺检测法和ＤＮＡ琼脂糖凝胶电泳法进行检测。结果ＤＥＸ处理的小鼠胸腺细胞和ＡＣＴ处理的小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞出现了明显的凋亡；经ＹＥＥ治疗后，ＤＥＸ处理的小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡情况明显好转（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ＡＣＴ处理的小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞凋亡情况差异不显著。结论提示ＹＥＥ有抑制由ＤＥＸ引起的小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡的作用，但对由ＡＣＴ引起的小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞凋亡的抑制作用不明显。
Objective:To explore the regulation effect of Yeast Extract(YEE) on the immunocyte apoptosis of mice.Methods Dexamethasone(DEX) and Actidione(ACT) were injected into the abdomen of mice and animal model of immunodeficiency was constructed.After treatment of YEE,they were detected by cellular morphology、diphenylanime detection and agarose gel electrophoresis.Results The rate of thymocyte apoptosis of mice treated with YEE decreased significantly(P<0.05),the apoptosis rate of lymphocyte in spleen of mice treated with YEE didn't improve significantly compared to the control group.Conclusion YEE can inhibie thymocyte apoptosis.
