The p rogram s are “ Degraded Pipin g Program ”, “ Short Cracks in Piping and Piping W elds”in U S A, th e pressure pipin g experim ents in Germ any, I P I R G Ⅰ and I P I R G Ⅱ. The proposals are offered for the experim ental study of pressure pip in g w ith defects.
