摘要
对圆柱形容器在接管外载荷作用下的塑性极限载荷进行了研究。用 2台容器进行试验 ,并将试验结果与三维有限元数值模拟结果进行比较。研究表明上述 2种方法获得的接管塑性极限载荷基本一致 ,均可用于确定设备接管的塑性极限外载荷 。
A study for determining plastic limit moment of nozzles in cylindrical vessels is presented.Two test models were designed and fabricated for testing.A 3-D finite element numerical simulation is also performed.The plastic limit moment on nozzles is obtained by loading-strain and loading-displacement curves.The test results indicate plastic limit loads determined by testing and numerical simulation methods are good in agreement.The study results will serve as the basis for developing an advanced limit design guideline of cylindrical vessels under nozzle external loads.
