不同剂量的长效达菲林在控制性超排卵中临床效果分析

摘要 目的观察不同剂量长效达菲林在体外受精—胚胎移植(IVF-ET)超排卵长方案中的临床效果。方法 56例接受IVF-ET治疗的不孕症患者随机分为2组,使用达菲林剂量分别为:A组1.25 mg(25例)、B组1.0mg(31例),进行黄体期长方案控制性超排卵,比较两组的临床效果。结果使用促性腺激素(Gn)后A组雌激素水平低于B组(P<0.05),且A组使用Gn的量及时间高于B组(P<0.05);A、B组的获卵数、优胚数、受精率、种植率及临床妊娠率均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 1.0 mg的长效达菲林是患者更好的选择。
