摘要
目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子HIF-1α和细胞核内与细胞分裂增殖相关的蛋白抗原Ki-67在人脑胶质瘤的表达情况以及二者之间的相关性;揭示HIF-1α、Ki-67与脑胶质瘤预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测HIF-1α、Ki-67在56例人脑胶质瘤中的表达情况。结果:HIF-1α在病理为Ⅲ~Ⅳ级的人脑胶质瘤中的表达显著高于病理为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级的表达,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01)。Ki-67在病理为Ⅲ~Ⅳ级的人脑胶质瘤中的表达显著高于病理为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级的表达,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01)。人脑胶质瘤中HIF-1α的表达与Ki-67的表达呈显著正相关(rs=0.513,P〈0.01)。结论:HIF-1α在人脑胶质瘤中呈阳性表达并与人脑胶质瘤的病理分级显著相关,在人脑胶质瘤血管生成和肿瘤的侵袭中起重要作用;Ki-67的阳性表达与人脑胶质瘤的病理分级显著相关,可以作为评价人脑胶质瘤增殖状态的指标,对判断人脑胶质瘤的恶性程度有重要价值;HIF-1α表达与Ki-67表达密切相关,HIF-1α、Ki-67两者联合检测可作为判断脑胶质瘤恶性程度及预后的指标。
Objective: To explore the expression and the correlation between the HIF-1α and the proliferation of cell diviesion related Ki-67 protein antigens in nuclei of the gliomas;reveals the relationship of HIF-1α and Ki-67 with glioma prognosis.Methods: Using immunohisto chemistry S-P method to detect HIF-1α and Ki-67 in 56 cases in human glioma.Results: The level of experssion of HIF-1α Ⅲ-Ⅳ was significantly higher than Ⅰ-Ⅱ of glioma in pathology,the expression with significant difference(P0.01).The level of experssion of Ki-67 Ⅲ-Ⅳ was significantly higher than Ⅰ-Ⅱ of glioma in pathology,the expression with significant difference(P0.01).The HIF-1α and Ki-67 in gliomas was a significant positive correlation(rs=0.513,P0.01).Conclusion: The positive expression of HIF-1α in glioma is a significant correlation of gliomas pathology classification,and gliomas plays an important role in the attack;the positive expression of Ki-67 in glioma is a significant correlation of gliomas pathology classification,and could be used as evaluation index of human gliomas proliferation of judgment,state the malignant glioma,the human brain has an important value degree;The expression of HIF-1α and Ki-67 closely related,and their combining both testing could be used as index for judging the glioma malignant degree and prognosis.
