缅甸M区块上部复杂地层钻井技术研究与实践 被引量:5

摘要 缅甸M区块属于推覆体构造,上部地层挤压破碎严重,地层孔隙压力和坍塌压力高,地层主要是极易蠕变的软泥岩,以往钻井作业事故率较高、机械钻速较低。在分析总结区内钻井工程难点与作业经验的基础上,通过井身结构优化、高密度分散性钻井液性能优化以及高密度防气窜固井技术的改进保证了该区块新钻4口井钻井作业的成功,通过采用小尺寸井眼、优化钻头结构、优化钻具组合以及高密度钻井液采用密度下限值等措施提高了机械钻速。以上探索与实践可为类似地层钻井作业提供借鉴。 Block M in Myanmar belongs to Tertiary nappe structure in which the upper formation is compress-crushed seriously with high pore pressure and caving pressure,and is mainly the easily creeping soft mudstone,so the drilling speed was slow with high accident rate previously in the formation.Based on analyzing the drilling engineering difficulty and operation experience,the new four wells have been drilled successfully by optimizing well structure,improving high density disperse drilling fluid performance and modifying high density gas block cementing technique.And the drilling speed is raised by adopting small hole,optimizing bit structure and drilling string,and using lower limit of high density drilling fluid.The above practice will provide reference for drilling operation in similar formation.
