摘要 X油田部分构造属于山前构造带,地质构造十分复杂,钻井过程中使用常规的单稳定器钟摆钻具组合井斜难以控制。为了提高单稳定器钟摆钻具的降斜力,应用纵横弯曲法,研究单稳定器钟摆钻具组合取得最大降斜力时稳定器的安放位置。根据纵横弯曲法计算钻头侧向力的模型,应用VB6.0语言编制了下部钻具受力分析软件,计算了单稳定器钟摆钻具组合稳定器安放的合理位置。通过计算和现场应用分析,表明优化后的单稳定器钟摆钻具组合能够有效地控制井斜,为山前构造地带选择合理的钻具组合提供了依据。 Geological features of some structures were complicated in X Oilfield,they belonged to piedmont structure.It was hard to control well path while drilling by using conventional pendulum assembly with single stabilizer.In order to strengthen the deviation reduction force of pendulum assembly,the beam and column method was used to research the position of stabilizer as pendulum assembly having the maximum deviation reduction force.According to the model of calculating bit side force with the bending method,the applied force analysis software of BHA was developed with VB6.0,and it was use to calculate the reasonable position of stabilizer of pendulum assembly with single stabilizer.By means of calculating and field application analysis,it shows that the optimized pendulum assembly with single stabilizer can control the well path effectively,which provide good criteria for choosing reasonable BHA in piedmont structure.
