美国PR盆地浅部Parkman储层致密砂岩水平井钻井关键技术措施及其实施效果 被引量:1

摘要 美国PR盆地Niobrara页岩和其上部的致密砂岩油气项目是中国海油在美国投资的主要非常规油气项目之一。针对该项目区块PR盆地浅部Parkman储层埋藏浅、地层压力下降大、井眼轨迹控制难度大等钻井作业难题,提出了优选钻头及钻井参数、精确控制水平井井眼轨迹、优化水平井钻具组合、优化钻井液性能及应用Pad钻井模式等水平井钻井关键技术措施,成功在PR盆地浅部Parkman储层完成了10口水平井钻井作业,综合钻井成本较低,为类似致密砂岩油气钻井作业提供了良好借鉴。 Niobrara shale and the shallower tight sand formation assets are one of CNOOC's unconventional resources in USA. Optimization of bits, BHA, drilling parameters, and drilling fluid properties, as well as accurate trajectory control and Pad drilling mode, were proposed to solve the problems related to shallow reservoirs, much pressure decrease and trajectory control during horizontal drilling in Parkman Formation in PR basin. The key measures above has archived great success with lower operation cost on 10 horizontal wells in Parkman Formation. It provides good reference for developing tight sand oil and gas.
