摘要
目的评价氟伐他汀对2型糖尿病合并高血脂患者的心脑保护作用。方法将287例2型糖尿病合并高血脂患者随机分为治疗组144例和对照组143例。治疗组服用氟伐他汀40～80mg/d,对照组不服用任何调节血脂的药物。观察2组治疗12周后三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。所有患者随访2年,记录随访期间患者发生的心脑血管事件。结果治疗组治疗第12周时上述血脂水平均改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗第12周时仅HDL-C水平与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗第12周时,治疗组上述4个血脂水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0·05)。治疗组心脑血管事件发生率为4.2%低于对照组的10.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟伐他汀对2型糖尿病合并高血脂患者有一定的心脑保护作用,可降低心脑血管事件的发生率。
Objective To explore the protection impact of fluvastatin on heart and brain in the patients with type 2 diabetics and hyperlipidemia.Methods 287 patients with type 2 diabetics and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group（n=144） and control group（n=143）.Treatment group took fluvastatin 40～80mg/d,and control group did not take any antihyperlipidemic drug.After 12 weeks of treatment,observed the levels of triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） and high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） of 2 groups.All the patients were follow-up for two years,and recorded the cardiac event（CV）.Results At treatment 12 weeks,the blood lipid levels of treatment group improved（P0.05）;At treatment 12 weeks,only HDL-C level of control group compared that before treatment（P0.05）.And 12 weeks of treatment,these four lipid levels of treatment group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Incidence of cardiac event of treatment group（4.2%） was lower than that of control group（10.5%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Fluvastatin makes some protection impact in patients with type 2 diabetics and hyperlipidemia in chorus on heart and brain,and reduces the incidence of CV.
