摘要
目的:探讨氟伐他汀和非诺贝特在治疗糖尿病合并高血脂的效果。方法:选择316例糖尿病合并高脂血症患者,随机分为氟伐他汀组、非诺贝特组和联合用药组,三组均采用常规降糖治疗,未进行任何降脂治疗,生活习惯不变,氟伐他汀组:40mg氟伐他汀,每晚口服;非诺贝特组:200mg非诺贝特,每晚口服;联合组:两者交替使用,隔日顿服,剂量为氟伐他汀40mg,非诺贝特200mg。治疗8周后,检测各组患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、空腹血糖(FPG)和餐后2h血糖(2hPG)水平。结果:三组治疗后各检测指标改善具有显著性差异,联合用药组指标变化较单用氟伐他汀或非诺贝特改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论:氟伐他汀和非诺贝特具有调脂调糖作用,联合使用效果更好。
Objective：To explore the effects of Fluvastatin and Fenofibrate on diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods：316 diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia were randomized to Fluvastatin group（n=105）,Fenofibrate group（n=105） and combined treatment group（n=106）.All the patients of the three groups were received hypoglycemic therapy.The Fluvastatin group were received 40 mg of Fluvastatin,P.O.,P.N.,and the Fenofibrate group were received 200 mg of Fenofibrate,P.O.,P.N.The combined treatment group were received alternately the same dosage one at a day.After 8 weeks’ treatment,the effects of the three groups were compared.Results：Compared with patients before treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL,FBG,and 2hPBG in the three groups after treatment were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）,while the levels of HDL were significantly increased（P〈0.05）.The levels of the indicators in the combined treatment group were significantly improved compared with the orther two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion：Fluvastatin and Fenofibrate can be used individually or combined to regulate the levels of glucose and cholesterol.
