摘要
目的：探讨辛伐他汀联合非诺贝特治疗糖尿病高脂血症患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年4月-2013年4月期间我院收治的74例糖尿病高脂血症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各37例。对照组给予口服辛伐他汀治疗,观察组采用辛伐他汀联合非诺贝特治疗,比较两组患者降脂疗效及血脂指标变化。结果：观察组降脂总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）；两组患者血脂指标与治疗前相比,均显著改善（P〈0.05）；且观察组TC、TG及LDL-C水平显著低于对照组,HDL-C显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对糖尿病高脂血症患者应用辛伐他汀联合非诺贝特,降脂效果显著,全面改善各项血脂指标。
Objective：To investigate the simvastatin combined fenofibrate treatment the curative effect of diabetes patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods：74 patients were divided into two groups. Control group to give oral simvastatin therapy, observation group with simvastatin combined therapy with fenofibrate, lipid-lowering efficacy compared two groups of patients and blood lipids index changes. Results：The total effective rate lipid-lowering observation group is significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）;Two groups of patients with blood lipid index compared with before treatment, were significantly improved （P〈0.05）;And the observation group TC, TG, LDL-C level was significantly lower than the control group, HDL-C is significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Application of simvastatin in patients with diabetes, hyperlipidemia combined fenofibrate, lipid-lowering effect is remarkable, and improve the blood lipid index.
