摘要
目的研究深圳外来移民发生猝死的特点,探索内在原因,采取相应措施预防。方法以发病24小时内死亡为猝死时间标准,统计我院2005～2009年5年中猝死病例,其中属于深圳外来移民的有276例,对猝死发生原因、诊断等进行分析。结果 276例猝死占同期我院死亡总数的19.8%,其中以50～60岁年龄段猝死率最高,占猝死的33.7%,其次为40～50岁年龄段,占28.6%,平均年龄48.7岁,猝死原因以脑卒中和心脏病最多见,两者共占猝死的72.1%,深圳外来移民移居深圳后第一年内猝死发生率最高。结论深圳外来移民猝死原因以脑卒中和心脏病最多见,移居后近期猝死发生率明显高于远期,是深圳特有的现象,应引起社会各界的重视,采取相应的措施进行积极预防。
Objective To study the characteristic of sudden death of Shenzhen immigration.Explore the cause of sudden death.Methods Death within 24 hours is the standard time for the sudden death.The clinical data of 276 cases sudden death from the 2005 to 2009 were retrospectively reviewed.Results Sudden death accounted for 19.7% of the total deaths.The average age is 48.7.The cause of sudden death is of the stroke and heart disease.Taken together accounted for 71.9% of sudden death.The highest rates of sudden death appear in the first year when Mainland residents have moved to Shenzhen.Conclusion The mostly cause of sudden death of Shenzhen migration is the stroke and heart disease.The highest rates of sudden death appear in the first year to Shenzhen.Take appropriate measures to prevent.
