摘要 骨折修复是一个复杂的骨再生过程,它伴随了复杂的生物学调节机制。其中,神经生长因子(NGF)在骨折的修复过程中也发挥了一定的作用。研究NGF对骨折愈合促进的作用,不仅有助于加深对骨折愈合病理生理学的认识,也为临床上促进骨折愈合减少骨不连发生提供安全有效的治疗方法。 Fracture healing is a complex process of bone regeneration,and it is accompanied by a complex mechanism of biological regulation. Nerve growth factor ( NGF} is very important in fracture repair process. Fur- ther research about NGF can promote the role of fracture healing, helping to deepen the understanding of pathophysiology and providing safe and effective treatment methods for reducing incidence of bone nonunion.
