摘要
目的:观察改良保肾方Ⅱ号对糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效。方法:将79例2型糖尿病肾病患者分为治疗组和对照组,两组病人均予基础治疗即:控制饮食、血糖、血压、血脂。在此基础上,治疗组加用改良保肾方Ⅱ号中药汤剂,两组疗程均为3个月。观察两组治疗前后中医证候评分、尿蛋白定量、肾小球滤过率、糖化血红蛋白及血脂等指标变化。结果:治疗组总有效率87.50%,对照组总有效率61.54%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候评分、24h尿蛋白定量较治疗前均有下降(P<0.05),但治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后肾小球滤过率无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组治疗后糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),但组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:改良保肾方Ⅱ号能够明显降低糖尿病肾病患者的尿蛋白,改善临床症状,治疗糖尿病肾病具有显著疗效。
Objective：To study the clinical effects of Modified Baoshen fang NO.2 on patients with Diabetic Nephropathy.Methods：The 79 patients with Diabetic Nephropathy were divided into 2 groups by random,and both of the two groups were treated by diet and Glycemic control.In the control of blood pressure and blood lipids,treatment group was also treated by Modified Baoshen fang NO.2.Both of the two groups were treated by three months.TCM syndrome score,urinary protein excretion,glomerular filtration rate,glycated hemoglobin and blood lipids were observed before and after the treatment between two groups.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 87.50%,in the control group,the total effective rate was 61.54%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The TCM syndrome score and the urinary protein excretion were decreased compared with before treatment in the two groups both,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.The glomerular filtration rate before and after treatment had no significant difference（P〉0.05）in the two groups.After treatment,glycosylated hemoglobin,cholesterol and triglycerides were better than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,but there was no significant difference between groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusions：The Modified Baoshen fang NO.2.can significantly reduce urinary protein in patients with diabetic kidney disease,improving clinical symptoms,and it has a significant effect in treating diabetic nephropathy.
