摘要
目的:针对挂号难的问题构建预约挂号系统。方法:设计和建设预约挂号系统,实现现场预约挂号、电话预约挂号、网上预约挂号,并与HIS嵌入结合,生成排队号,实现挂号患者的预约。结果:每日有近百人次进行预约挂号,患者对预约挂号系统都表示满意。结论:预约挂号系统能有效缓解挂号难问题,提高了医院的服务质量。
Objective To build registration system for the difficult problem of register.Methods Reservation registration system was designed and constructed to achieve on-site registration appointment,telephone booking register,online booking register,and combined with the HIS system and generated line number to achieve the appointment for registered patients.Results Hundreds of people made appointments for registration every day,registered patients were satisfied with the system.Conclusion Reservation registration system can effectively relieve the difficult problem of register,which improves the services quality of hospital.
