摘要
为解决医院看病挂号难的问题,各种预约挂号系统相继推出,但随着新的预约方式和途径不断出现,对支付手段和方式也提出更灵活的要求,有必要重新规划设计一个统一整合的预约挂号系统平台,从用户和业务角度去理解分析各种预约途径的特点和统一整合后的关键业务流程和核心算法,以保证这个新的预约挂号系统能统一算法,集中控制,灵活分发,按需部署。
A variety of hospital registration booking system had been developed to improve healthcare. It＇s necessary to plan and design a unified hospital registration booking system to support more booking way and more payment way. Based on user and business view, the new booking system will unify business process and core algorithm to make a goal for central control and deployment on demand.
